Ideal candidate
* Should have a minimum of2-3 years of experience in marketing & outside sales from the healthcareor long term carefield.
* Must have the ability to work in a team environment, a willingness to be flexible and a desire to work with the aging population and their families.
* Should have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems is required.
* Experience with public speaking a plus.
* Independent Living and/orAssisted Livingexperience preferred.
* Professional Healthcare contacts a plus!

SALESMANAGER
will develop relationships with qualified referral sources, establishing public relations events to promote goodwill in the community, conducting tours with potential residents and their families, and closing sales.Reports to Executive Director.
