Our Client, a Rapidly Growing, Longstanding, Heavy Ag Equipment Manufacturing Co is seeking a Hands On Manufacturing Engineer to join their Fast Paced Team environment.This is a Temp to Hire, Hands on, Heavy Equipment Engineering role located in WILLIAMSBURG, IA.Responsibilities Include Process and Tooling designs as well as creating a plan for every part and documenting processes, work instructions, implanting, optimizing, testing. Identifying, justifying, proposing and implementing capital equipment.Lead Process FMEA exercises and 3P events. Job Requirements

Bachelors in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related engineering field.5-7yrs Engineering experience in Related Heavy Industrial environment of Manufactured Engineered products in industries such as Heavy Welding, Machinery, Mining, Auto, etc.Must have Proven Hands on experience; Ideally seeking background in Process Manufacturing, Implementation, Production Support and New Product Launch.Strong Communication, MRP Systems, 3D, CADD. Knowledge in use/application of Lean Manufacturing tools/techniques.
