Responsibilities Include:
* Taking inbound calls from current customers
* De-escalating calls with customers, diplomatically handle irate customers effectively to assist them and retain their business.
* Upselling other services
* Handling questions that may include some technical help to get their service working properly
* Customer service-providing high-quality customer service and assistance

Requirements:
* High School degree or equivalent
* Must posses 1 year sales experience
* Call center experience preferred but not required
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Ability to problem solve
* Efficient at entering information into the computer
* Meet goals and metrics
* Be self-driven to succeed!
