WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: STORE MANAGERS, ASSISTANT MANAGERS, AND SUPERVISORS

You will need 3+ years of fast-paced management experience in a SKU intensive environment.
Proven leadership skills and previous P&L responsibility are also essential.
You will be responsible for recruiting and hiring creative, friendly, guest service focused team members.
You will need to be able to lead and motivate your team to retain strong performers.

Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated the ability to:

*Understand, model and follow all guest service programs.
*Recruit, hire and train qualified associates.
*Manage performance by identifying and addressing issues through timely coaching and counseling.
*Ensures sales opportunities are maximized through having the right product and communicates inventory opportunities to Store Support Center.
*Manage payroll and controllable profit within established guidelines.
*Responsible for achieving budgeted sales and maximizing profits by department.
*Consistently provide clear, concise and detailed action plans to your team.
*Ensure all company standards are maintained for merchandise presentations and signing.
