LARSON-JUHL Sales Representative Join the WorldsLeading Manufacturer and Distributor of Custom Framing Products Our Company Larson-Juhl US LLC, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway; designs, manufactures, and distributes framing products in the United States and Canada. The company offers wood and metal moulding, matboard, foam board, glass, equipment, and other framing supplies to retail framing customers. The Larson-Juhl Sales Representative will be responsible for selling moulding (corner samples, chop, and length), Artique matboard, Frame Models, and accessory products to a base of approximately 160 independent retail/wholesale/franchise customers.
Our Requirements
Focus will be to build relationships with our customers and increase market share utilizing a consultative sales approach. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and requires 2-5 years outside sales experience, preferably in a design friendly and/or consumer product industry.
Ideal candidates must be successful, highly motivated, and goal-oriented. Must have experience selling to independent business owners, demonstrated ability to grow market share and exposure to contact management software. Candidates must have strong territory and time management skills, the ability to build good erelationships with the customer base, and excellent follow up/reporting skills. Overnight travel is required.
Our Territory
The sales territory covers the entire state of Michigan. Travel is 50-60% with an average of 15 days overnight travel per month.
