Graphic Packaging International is currently recruiting an

Engineer, Sr. Project Electrical at its Kalamazoo Mill, in

Kalamazoo MI. The position includes the following

responsibilities:

We are looking for an expert level of knowledge in electrical /controls servicing, National Electric Code, NFPA 70E, high voltage switch gears, electrical generation, variable speed drives, PLCs, maintenance planning/scheduling, and process controls. A solid working knowledge in replacement or installation of electrical equipment, controls, instrumentation, project management, cost analysis and employee relations is required in addition to interpreting and enforce existing department policies, methods, and procedures. Develop positive working relationships with people throughout the mill by having strong interpersonal communications such as recommending, directing, and influencing in a union work force.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree Electrical Engineering and seven years of related experience

Master Electrician Credentials (preferred)

Lean Sigma Programs (preferred)

Skilled in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and SAP

Strong skills in communication, leadership, group facilitation, computer and project management.
