Computer Support Technician
The Adrian Dominican Sisters are an international Congregation of vowed women religious whose ministries have been developed from the traditional works of education, health care and social work. We are looking to fill the open position of Computer Support Technician (Help Desk). The Technician responds to requests for technical assistance by computer system users in a timely manner in order to address the diverse needs of Co-workers, Sisters in residence, and Sisters requiring remote assistance. Requests may include software support, basic training regarding the use of computers, electronic equipment and various mobile devices for coworkers and sisters.

The technician must have a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications, the ability to communicate clearly both in person and over the phone, good organizational skills and capability to diagnose computer/network problems (troubleshoot) knowing when to make proper referrals.
