General Manager - Food at Portage

Job Description

Hurley Mdical Center is a 400 bed acute care facility located in Flint Michigan. The unit has union hourly staff and Expressly for You patient food service. The unit houses a large retail space and a Jazzmans Cafe in teh hospital Lobby. The management team consists of Pateint Services, Retail, and Chef manager.

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

Basic Education Requirement - Associates Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years
