Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALESREPRESENTATIVE

  • Full Time Hours

This role is a non-technical customer service and sales position for a nationally known wireless telecommunications company. This position handles calls made to existing customers who may qualify for upgrades to their current hardware/services.

This position does require selling, but is a soft sell, where the representative would build rapport with the customer to offer a sale.

Product knowledge is a key factor in this position, and proper training is provided.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Handles inbound and outbound calls of a general and specific nature

Able to navigate multiple computer programs while servicing the customer

Sells program packages and products

Verify/document information on the computer database

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Education / Knowledge

High School Graduation or equivalent, General knowledge of windows-based applications and web technology

Experience / Skill

Minimum1 year experience in a Customer Service environment; is required, and previous sales experience desired.
