Your Responsibilities

• Perform Data Security Partner (DSP) functions as a Shared Service.
• Work with other DSPs and department heads to implement and maintain Information Security and Privacy (ISP) Standards and documentation.
• Build ISP awareness, identify and work to resolve compliance issues as related to ISP and perform audits.
• Development and continual maintenance of the departments ISP concept (Regulations and Documentation).
• Review ISP concept annually with management and obtain approvals.
• Orientation training for new associates as well as on-going awareness campaign as it relates to ISP; including but not limited to annual training, disbursement of brochures, placement of posters, random spot- checks and other awareness mechanisms such as email notifications of security risks to associates.
• Monitor access to and handling of Infrastructure (e.g. Internet and remote access, administrative rights to computers, servers and LAN systems, USB port activation).
• Conduct annual self-check audits, identify corrective actions.
• Support associates with questions related to ISP.
• Work with department head to develop a comprehensive emergency plan for business continuity.
• Work with department head to identify and classify department data for availability, confidentiality and integrity.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent technical experience.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in the MS Office programs.
• Organizational and project management skills, strategic thinking and problem resolution skills, effective oral, written and presentation communication skills.
• Personal vehicle / valid drivers license.

Preferred

• 1 - 2 years experience in business reporting or information systems a plus.
• Knowledge of BOSCH Group and policies and procedures a plus.
