Treasury Manager at Ann Arbor

Compensation: $94,090.99 to $125,000.00 per year

My client, an international, publicly traded manufacturing company located in the Ann Arbor area, is seeking a new Treasury Manager due to an internal promotion. In the position of Treasury Manager your duties will include: Responsible for all documentation, monitoring and testing of internal controls for the Treasury area in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements, Assist with research and analysis of financing alternatives and providing recommendations, Assist in the development of financial policies and capital structures to include: liquidity analysis, debt leverage, and strategy, Responsible for long-term (13 week cash forecast) and short-term cash flow and balance sheet forecasts and analysis, Directs cash management operations to include daily cash consolidation, disbursements, and funding of obligations, Supervise the generation of daily management reports related to cash management and cash flow forecasting.
