Examines chain of Title for Residential properties.
Performs title examination of easy and/or moderate title orders requiring a moderate level of expertise.
Examines the chain of title for orders of limited complexity.
Prepares initial title commitment documentation based on the application of appropriate codes from the title code book.

Job Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
1-3 years title/ related real estate
Detail oriented
Analytical ability
Problem solving
Customer service orientation
Proficient typing & computer skills
