Join our sales team for an exciting business opportunity. In this role you will:

• Sell high quality, lifetime warranted products, services and solutions direct to homeowners, multiple dwelling buildings and businesses

• Be associated with a product and brand name that is recognized nation-wide

• Represent a product that all homeowners need

• Receive 400-450 qualified leads annually and meet with people who have asked for our service (No cold calling, or canvass leads)

• Our in home sales consultants experience a 45% to 55% close rate

 

In Homes Sales Representative job requirements:

• In home sales experience a plus but not necessary

• Computer skills a plus

• In home sales presentation skills

• Excellent presentation/communication skills with a passion for selling

• Self-motivated, closer mentality

• A professional image, high level of integrity

• Willing to travel

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Must be self-motivated and results oriented

• College degree preferred, but not required

• Effective referral network building skills

• Must have ability to sell to a broad customer base that includes residential sales and commercial accounts.
