Project Manager - Field Service at Auburn Hills

Project Management duties to execute Service Agreement Including planned preventative maintenance, Warranty and Onsite Support activities at our clients locations.

Main Accountabilities: Manage the field service departments preventative maintenance activities at our customers locations.Work with CS department managers (Field Service, PACS, Spare Parts, and Rebuild) to defining scope, resource requirements, and execution plans.Develop budgets to execute the typical work requested.Effectively manage employees to meet budgeted targetsInterface with internal and external suppliers/resources.Develop strategic partnerships with customers.Meet customer execution requirements that include: reporting and trackingGrow customer relationships with ABB.Manage Onsite and Warranty Support ProjectsEffectively Manage Part accuracy for PM projects

Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceBasic Qualifications:Bachelors Degree is requiredMinimum of 3 years experience as a Project ManagerMinimum of 3 years experience with project related accounting methods and proceduresPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and ProjectExcellent written and verbal communications skillsExcellent organization skills - detail orientedExperience in dealing with compliance to specificationsCustomer Service background highly desirable.SAP Experience is a plus
