Our Engineering department is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead ourPackaging Engineering team. Theteam is responsible fordeveloping and implementing new packaging solutions for Darts products that meet the needs of our customers.Your vision, direction and technical experience are vitally needed to enhance ourEngineering departmentinitiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, preferablyPackaging Engineering.
• Requires at least 5 years of supervisory experience, 8 years preferred.
• Requires at least5 years of experienceas a technicalresource for a manufacturing/production process, 8 years preferred.
• Requires at least 5 years of overseeing development and implementation of standards, best practices and procedures for projects and support work, 8 years preferred.
• Requires at least 5 years of experience using MS Word, andExcel.
• Requires strong written and verbal communication.
• Requires the ability to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally.
• Requires the ability to obtain and maintain a passport.
• Requires a valid drivers license and favorable motor vehicle record check.
• Prefer 8 years of package engineering experience in consumer and retail product environments.
• Prefer in-depth knowledge of packaging development cycles and key substrates such as films, bags, corrugated, paperboard, and pallets.
