EBA Financial is a private firm that offers an In House Consumer Financing program, as well as other financial products, to small businesses and medical offices nationwide. Weve been in business since 2006 and are headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina.

We are looking for experienced Outside Sales Representatives to work with small independently owned businesses and medical offices across the nation. Our Outside Sales Agents work directly with business owners and doctors to customize programs that are best suited to increase sales and profits to their businesses.

As an Outside sales agent, you will service your surrounding area with face-to-face meetings. You will receive the following office support to ensure your success:

- Intense training, so you can sell with confidence

- Access to morning sales meetings where you will receive on going training

- Access to the corporate database of 1000s of leads in your area

- Access to the corporate Customer Relationship Management software

- Assigned a corporate contact for easy access to information and internal support.

- Marketing materials

- Access to our electronic document service, no paper contracts. All paperwork is done electronically from our corporate office.

Qualifications

- Experience with B2B inside sales with a professional phone voice

- Self motivated and able to thrive in an independent work environment

- Strong closing skills

- Strong face-to-face presentation skills

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)

- Ability to develop a rapport quickly with a variety of business owners

- Passionate and enthusiastic about our company and products

- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills

Job Duties

- Contact potential clients and identify their needs as a business

- Effectively pitch and present our products to show how we can help that business

- Consistently meet personal and company sales goals

Earning Potential

- Uncapped High Commissions paid weekly - commissions range from $400-$1200 per sale.
