The Sr. Reimbursement Analyst provides third-party reimbursement analysis for all home care service lines including accounts receivable and managed care contracts. In addition, he/she providesgeneral financial analysis as needed in other areas such as revenue enhancement, revenue forecasting, statistical analysis and special projects. This position serves as the primary backup for development of internal control policies and procedures relating to reimbursement. He/she assists in the monitoring of financial information for compliance with Federal, State and other third-party reimbursement regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

-Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of operational aspects of multiple reimbursement systems including Perspective Payment System (PPS), cost reimbursement and other systems, reimbursement principles specific to one or more care delivery settings (e.g. home care, hospice), billing and accounts receivable management, audit and internal control systems, third party contracting and compliance and advanced financial analysis as normally obtained through a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and five years of health care reimbursement experience.

-Post acute care reimbursement experience is preferred.
