Account Management is a key department within Celgene U.S. Market Access, which also includes Channel Marketing, HEOR, Patient Support and U.S. Pricing and Contracting. The Account Management team will partner with Payers, PBMs and Trade and Federal customer segments to assure access to our portfolio of products. We invite top performers who will make a difference to consider joining our Account Management team.The Account Manager, Payer and PBM, is responsible for creating, implementing and executing account level business plans for assigned accounts. This individual may live in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois or Ohio. (Michigan or Indiana preferred)Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:1. Responsible for creating, implementing and executing account level business plans for Payer and PBM accounts. These customers include, but are not limited to: C-suite, pharmacy directors, national and regional medical directors, formulary directors, clinical pharmacists, contract managers, claims processors and case managers.2. Obtain and maintain access for portfolio of products with Payers and PBMs in commercial, managed Medicaid, Medicare Part D and Health Insurance Marketplace lines of business.3. Work cross-functionally within the Market Access team and with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Celgene Patient Support, Commercial Operations, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Technical Operations, Market Research, Medical Affairs, and Human Resources to ensure corporate product objectives are met.4. Provide market place feedback in a timely manner to corporate management on customer business trends, competitive updates, and industry issues and opportunities.5. Manage relationship with payer owned specialty pharmacies within the Celgene SP dispensing network.6.
