Universal Truckload Services, Inc. is currently looking for candidates to fill an Administrative Coordinator position for their corporate headquarters located in Warren, MI. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to gain knowledge and experience in the transportation/business field.

Universal Truckload Services, Inc. (UTSI) is a primarily non-asset based provider of transportation services to shippers throughout the United States and in the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Quebec.
 

We conduct our operations through our operating subsidiaries under the brand names: Mason and Dixon Lines, Mason Dixon Intermodal, Louisiana Transportation, Great American Lines, and Universal Am-Can. Our headquarters and our corporate and administrative functions are located in Warren, MI.

Responsibilities will include:

• Billing/invoice processing assistance
• Setting up fines and deductions
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Keying in paperwork and trip reports
• Processing commission payments
• Paying out company Drivers
• Customer Service

Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:

• Associates’ Degree preferred in a business related field
• Excellent communication – written and verbal
• Experience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, but not required

• Assertive personality with excellent customer service skills and dependability.
