 Search Announcement Nurse Manager - Med/Surg PavilionforSparrow Health System(Lansing, Michigan) The Whittaker Group Healthcare Search Consultants has been retained by Sparrow Health System to conduct the search for a Nurse Manager for their Med/Surg Pavilion. This position requires a strong service-oriented leader with critical thinking skills that will have 24-hour accountability for the operations of the Med/Surg Pavilions 80 staff, 35 beds operating at a 31 ADC and a $3.5m annual budget. Med/surg experience is preferred, but strong leadership skills are the key to the success of this position. Sparrow has earned the nations most prestigious honor for nursing achievement and excellence recognition as a Magnet Hospital by the ANCC.
