EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Ability to read, comprehend and follow complicated verbal and written communication, such as Requests for Quote, client communications, budget and financial reports, and technical information. Ability to communicate concerns and identify resolutions in a clear, concise manner. Ability to meet deadlines, monitor and assess performance within deadlines, and utilize appropriate resources to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Ability to work with short deadlines and high stress. Ability to delegate work to appropriate resources and communicate work requirements, expectations and standards. Ability to utilize creative problem resolution skills to handle client related or employee related problems. Ability to provide feedback to employees including behaviors, expected performance, and developmental goals for improved performance. High proficiency in Microsoft Project a plus. Experience managing projects in an Iterative SDLC environment such as RUP. Approximately 3+ years experience in managing projects with an additional two plus years of functional experience in related field. Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Technology/Computer Science, or Automotive Technology required. PMI certification a plus. Net experience required.
