- Knowledge of the system requirement definition process and modeling methods and tools
- Ability to gather and convey information to other senior level business systems analysts and business clients
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with other team members (from business sectors and applications development) to develop system requirements
- Any experience with DataCenters or Infrastructure in general is a plus
- Must be a process oriented BA
- Experience with SDP is a plus
- Caliber experience is a plus
