Psychiatrist

Evaluate, diagnose and treat persons with mental illness. Participate in case conferences, team meetings and medical meetings to enhance treatment of and to improve service to CNS patients.

General Responsibilities:
  • Complete psychiatric evaluations at intake and periodic re-evaluations as needed, but at least once per year on assigned patients.
  • Review and approve referrals, treatment plans, and case terminations in accordance with Medicaid and other third party payer’s requirements.  Certify appropriateness of psychiatric diagnosis.
  • Participate in community education and community outreach programs.
  • Fulfill mandatory education requirements of CNS.
  • Participate in staff development programs.
  • Routinely attend interdisciplinary team meetings on assigned clients.

 Functional/Essential Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide psychiatric direct care to CNS patients.
  • Prescribe and review all psychiatric medications on assigned patients.  Review medications at least quarterly or more frequently as clinically indicated.

  • Consult with client service management staff in response to patient crisis and emergencies.  Participate in on- call assignments after hours as directed by the Medial Director. Be available on an “on-call" basis after hours.

1.  GeneralPowertrain Control Systems, Product Development, Client Powertrain North America (located inHagerstown,MD) is looking to expand its Application Engineering resources.We are looking for a resource that will work closely with the HAG and global VPT engineering team to maintain and process software and application files related to heavy and medium duty diesel engine applications.The ideal person will be an engineer with at least two years experience with version control file management systems. The candidate should have an appreciation of not just controls, but engine and vehicle system design as well.  The candidate should be familiar with both software logic evaluation and calibration toward legislative requirements. The candidate should have an understanding of diesel vehicle characteristics and operation. The candidate should have an appreciation for driving toward software and application commonality. Strengths in planning and attention to detail are necessary to fulfill the requirements of this position.  Familiarity with Client GDP process is desired.The successful candidate must also realize the importance of customer, production, and quality requirements within product development. Overall, the person will be a global team player. 2.  Core Responsibilities This position will support the Controls system engineering, verification and software release efforts in US based heavy and medium and heavy duty diesel projects. Specific responsibilities for the resource are:
  • Maintain and document software and application data files for multiple projects using established version control methods.
  • Prepare powertrain application data  files for release in production systems
  • Organize and lead data set review presentations to ensure quality of files prior to production release
  • Provide test files for engines and chassis to support verification and validation of multiple projects.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of automated system tests
  • Utilize engineering tools to interface with an engine or vehicle in both lab and on-road situations
  • Ensure fulfillment of project design requirements as they pertain to assigned and related functions
  • Provide input toward SFMEA analyses within the Controls project team
  • Contribute to system engineering efforts on the complete Powertrain
  • Open to international team framework, and can work within an international team.
  • Understand and execute global Powertrain Controls Systems Engineering processes.
